What’s the turnaround time?
Typically 2 weeks, but if you’re on a tight deadline, let us know—we’ll see what we can do.
Can I see a sample before production?
We can do a blank sample to test out the hat feel and a digital embroidery design sample before going to production. We don’t currently offer full production run samples unless it’s one of our From Scratch products.
What’s the best file format for my logo?
A high-res vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) is best for clean embroidery. If you’re unsure, send what you have, and we’ll help.
Can I mix and match cap colors?
Yep! As long as it’s the same embroidery design, you can mix up to two (2) different hat colors to keep things fresh. Just call it out in the Design Instructions Section.
What’s the max embroidery size?
Generally 4.5″ wide by 2.75″ tall.
Do you offer 3D puff embroidery?
We do! Just call it out in the Design Instructions Section at no extra charge.
What if I want screen print instead of embroidery?
We can do prints or puff prints on any hats that don’t have a center seam. Just call it out in the Design Instructions Section!
What are the order terms?
Due to the custom nature of decorating on blank materials, we don’t offer any kind of refunds but guarantee each order to be like your approved proof.
How do I get started?
Just add in your details above, drop in your design file, and add to cart. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a proof for approval before going to production.
