For all screen printing and embroidery, the turnaround time is generally at two weeks. For all custom products from scratch, the turnaround can be anytime from two to six weeks depending on the products.

For screen printing and embroidery, we currently have a limit of 25 products per design. For custom products from scratch, the minimum is generally anywhere from 50 to 300 products per design.

Pricing varies based on the design and blank/product needed along with quantities. The higher the quantity, the cheaper the price per unit. Meaning you make more $$.

We do not currently offer individual product fulfillment with the exception of very rare cases. We keep our focus on designing and creating the very best merch.

For embroidery and custom products from scratch, there are generally* no color limitations. For screen printing, we currently limit up to 6-8 colors per design depending on the quantity needed.

After the invoice is submitted and the proof is approved, we cannot cancel any products due to the items being in production.

We cannot refund any items that have been decorated on. If the item has any errors outside of the approved proof, we will fix the item and resend.

We don’t offer any kind of decorated samples, but do offer samples of blank materials for look/feel.

Our in-house screen printing, apparel finishing, and embroidery warehouse is based in Austin, Texas and we ship for free nationwide.

For custom products, we use verified production partners in North Carolina and Los Angeles. Our goal is to keep 100% of products made in the US whenever possible.

Merch capsule design projects take about 2 – 4 weeks to complete and include about 6-8 final designs.

The pricing varies based on the difficulty of the designs needed but generally range around $2,000 – $2,500.

We can but it costs significantly higher per design. For one design, it ranges around $750-950 for up to 10 hours.
