In the past, we've always focused on quality but fell into the trap of other manufacturers with some orders going out late.
Not anymore! We created the Mello Guarantee to guarantee all orders will arrive on time or the order is free on us. See full terms below, applies to all orders starting 9/15/2024.
If your order is past your estimated delivery date, we’ll deliver your order for free and issue a refund.
*Does not apply to out of stock or lost shipping items.
Out of Stock
If your product type or color is out of stock, a customer service agent will update you and/or cancel the order within 3-5 days of order submission.
If you choose to wait until in stock, we’ll provide a new estimated delivery date.
Refunds
Unless your order is late, Mello does not offer any kind of refunds for custom merch delivered. If there is an issue with a misprint or embroidery, please contact our support team at info@mellomerch.com.
Lost Shipping
Orders lost by a shipping provider are not covered under the Mello Guarantee. The shipping provider is liable for all lost orders.
