What’s the turnaround time?
Typically 2 weeks, but if you’re on a tight deadline, let us know—we’ll see what we can do.
Can I see a sample before production?
We can do a blank sample to test out the product feel and a digital mockup and proof before going to production. We don’t currently offer full production run samples unless it’s one of our From Scratch products.
What is the Carrie tote fabric and weight?
Heavy weight, 9.4 oz, 100% cotton canvas.
What's the max size?
About 15″ wide and 15″ tall for the screen print. Total Carrie tote size is 16.5 inches by 16.5 inches.
What’s the best file format for my logo?
A high-res vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) is best for clean embroidery. If you’re unsure, send what you have, and we’ll help.
Can I mix and match the blank/apparel colors?
Yep! As long as it’s the same design, you can mix up to two (2) different product blank colors to keep things fresh. Just call it out in the Design Instructions Section.
What’s the max print size?
About 15″ wide and 17″ tall for the standard screen print. Contact us if you’re needing an ultra-wide oversized print.
What are the order terms?
Due to the custom nature of decorating on blank materials, we don’t offer any kind of refunds but guarantee each order to be like your approved proof.
How do I get started?
Just add in your details above, drop in your design file, and add to cart. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a proof for approval before going to production.
